My experience with NP Aiko Loo has been fine! However, our most recent appointment was a telephone appointment, and I wasn't aware of this in advance. I drove to the sleep clinic in San Leandro, but would not have done so if I'd gotten a conformation call at least 24 hours ahead of my appointment to let me know it was a phone appointment.
